the location was great as many restaurants were near. shopping malls were also a few minutes walk away. my room was kept clean daily by housekeeping staff without fail. breakfast had many dishes available.

The room floors were not properly wiped. Some towels also had stains. The hotel staff woke me in the morning because they did not reduce the volume on their walkie-talkies.

The room was bright and airy. the bed was excellent quality! i even had a microwave to heat things up. The breakfast was the best i have ever had in thailand. it had cooked eggs, bacon, and hot thai dishes! the staff were friendly and helpful! i would definitely stay here again.

the staff always smiled. the room included everything i needed. the hotel was clean (i really value that!). i stayed five nights and every night was lovely.
the food could use a small update.

I found the breakfast unappealing. It never looked fresh. the towels were old and worn. I think they should replace them. also, the shower kept clogging up. It was quite annoying.
